|My experience in being able to warrant FNMA & FHLMC financing
on large projects is demonstrated in the work done on La Costa
Alta, a condominium project located in Carlsbad, California. Additionally,
I was instrumental in obtaining financing for Harbor Cove condominiums
in Dana Point, California and La Jolla Promenade condominiums
in La Jolla, California each with commercial space at street level.
I was able to provide a $3,900,000 OTC commitment for La Jolla
Promenade and worked with the builder to obtain a master project
approval. I also warranted FNMA & FHLMC financing on these two
Bridge Water, a low rise condominium project in San Diego, California required FNMA, VA and FHA master approval. By obtaining a Master Certificate of Reasonable Value which allowed government financing, I was able to warrant to FNMA the acceptability of the project.
I was also able to obtain conventional financing for two condominium conversions: Rosebay Condominiums located in Encinitas, California and Cinnamon Tree condominiums in Placentia, California. For Cinnamon Tree, I provided an $8.000,000 OTC commitment to ensure the builder that money would be available for end loans, and was able to warrant to FNMA & FHLMC the acceptability of both projects, thus allowing conventional financing for the buyers.
Bella Vista On The Greens is a single family golf course community. I provided FNMA & FHLMC Project Approval.
