Neighborhood Team Leader
Mountain Gate
While my primary focus was managing a mortgage origination branch, as a division manager, there were also the added responsibilities of being a Team Leader for one of the neighborhoods under construction. Mountain Gate, located in Corona California, is the community on which I served as team leader. The responsibilities included the day-to-day operations of building, selling and closing the homes. As team leader, my primary focus was customer service, while managing the Mortgage Division, and field and sales personnel. Keeping to a schedule that met the division's goals and the needs of the customers was a primary objective. As team leader, I participated in weekly meetings with the heads of the departments for this neighborhood to ensure that our goals and objectives were being met.
